Combining outstanding design and excellent presentation of properties, this site is proof that a content rich site doesn't have to be dry or boring. The visitor is given an intimate tour of the area and its neighborhoods, complete with commentary about the history, some freindly advice, and tips for buying home in this right-coast province. Also returning for the 3rd time (4/96, 9/96) ... IFP remains a treasure trove of information hidden behind a deceptively simple format. You'll not only find guides to buying and owning property in France, but information on actually living there, even a guide to vintage French wines has been provided. Property listings from many agents are well presented. (French/Englsh)
An outstanding example of marketing a single location (in this case an apartment complex). The combination of photos, beautiful artwork and a narrative of area history produces a sense of community, which merits this site's 2nd return to the Top 10 (12/96).
While this site presents basic (minimal) property information, it does provide outstanding informaiton to buyers and investors. The Harta.Zine contains breezy articles such as 'Air Conditioning ... Can We Live Without It?', which give a good view of daily living and working in Malaysia. It the content that brings HartaNet back to the TOP 10 for the 2nd time (10/96).
Simplicity, elegance and style are the hallmarks of this beautifully designed site. Our hostess provides us with a clear and concise narrative of the historic, geographic, and cultural diversity as we tour this lovely island in the Mediterranean. (English)

Every listing is showcased, with outstanding narrative that provides a virtual walkthru, without bogging the site down with heavy graphics.
