A. We have a committee that selects the very best of the real estate related sites each month. This is no giveaway list, you have to earn your way onto it.
We expect you to focus on what you know best, to deliver what you promise, and to provide a service that people on the WEB really want and need.
If what you have to offer is Denver, Colorado, then do Denver better than anyone! Don't just tell me what properties are available, tell me why I should care about Denver. Educate me on the benefits of buying in Denver or the surrounding communities.
You can't be all things to all people, so be the best you can be and eventually your site will earn a Star, a Hot!, or even a Top Ten rating from IRED.
