Seattle-based UReal, Inc. has introduces new, online services called "LiveTour" that lets buyers tour properties and ask questions, via e-mail or voice, of agents "showing" the property. Buyers, sellers, agents, and friends or family members can collaborate in real-time, from remote locations, about property features and make decisions together.
As home buyers increasingly use the Internet to make important buying decisions, technology and unique services such as LiveTour provide a higher level of service and enable them to make comparisons online - homes, prices, and geographic areas.
Home sellers benefit from the online presentation of their property which, in turn, enables homebuyers and relocating families to collaborate, review and discuss properties even when they are thousands of miles apart.
LiveTour works like this for listing agents: they compile all the property data, including unlimited digital images, and then they upload files to the LiveTour database and invite buyers to have a look and pose questions about the listed property.
Buyers' agents can use the online interface to prepare a tour of properties in advance for their homebuyer clients or find listings on the fly as they communicate with buyers about their home search criteria. Later on, family, friends, and colleagues can be invited to a private online showing of their top picks!
LiveTour keeps a chat log for later review to help effectively target buyers' needs. Questions can be asked by the typing an e-mail or through the voice-enabled feature of the program. The system keeps track of the buyer visitors for sellers and an automatic flyer for the property is instantly accessible.
