The Chicago-based Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) ®, the premiere source for education and professional recognition for real estate managers and management organizations, has signed a deal with Ontimetraining of Ohio to develop online courses around IREM's well-known certification programs: Certified Property Manager®, Accredited Residential Manager®, and Accredited Management Organization®.
The courses will be marketed through both IREM and Ontimetraining websites. "These courses will add the necessary depth to our already extensive Real Estate course offerings," says Kevin Strong, Business Development Manager at Ontimetraining.
"The credibility and expertise of IREM will continue to add to Ontimetraining's well-known reputation of quality, easy accessibility and reliability," Strong added. Ontimetraining is a premier provider of performance improvement solutions through online training, learning needs assessment and learning methodology consulting.
Both organizations will work together to develop an extensive library of custom on-line training courses. IREM will develop the initial course content, while Ontimetraining will use their unique web-based instructional design model to convert the content into interactive web-based training
courses.
"As a recognized source of expertise in the real estate management industry, IREM is always looking for new ways to effectively distribute its rich content to the widest possible audience. Web-based training is an ideal way to achieve that goal. The E-Learning expertise of Ontimetraining combined with IREM's industry knowledge provides the real estate management industry with a powerful and accessible source of information and education", says Tony Smith, Senior Vice President of Educational Resources at IREM.
