CYBER MAGIC TRICKS

TRICK#1: Touchy-Feely On-Line Shopping Comparisons
http://www.frucall.com/
The American Heritage Dictionary defines "Touchy-Feely" as "Marked by or emphasizing physical closeness" Well, some think that the internet age has diminished touchy - feely shopping -- until now.

Here come some folks who offer a high powered price-comparison shopping service that blends the benefits of in-store shopping with the flexible nature of shopping online. And it's easy. Just fire up your cell phone (or any phone) with the product in hand and enter the UPC code. This neat service immediately searches the on-line database gives you the Internet prices for your product - regardless of where you are.

Neat and unique service. It's easy - it works -- the price is right and it's on the house.

TRICK#2: Save Your Clips With Ease
http://softvoile.com/clipdiary/
It's too bad that the Windows Clip Board overwrites any copied material every time you copy something new. Well, here's a neat little utility that will record everything placed on the clipboard so you will never lose data once copied.

Any time you want, you can see your clipboard history and select and paste any item - easily and exactly when you need it.

This "one trick pony" is also priced right - for you it's gratis.

GREAT PLACES
GREAT PLACE #1: Find a Farmers Market Close to You
http://www.localharvest.org/
It's that time of year. The local farmers are getting ready to bring you the freshest, healthiest, most flavorful food that's grown close to you.

Here's a great place to find farmers' markets and family farms where you can practically pick the fresh food right off the tree. And in many cases they bring this freshness right into your neighborhood.

Just click on the map provided or enter your zip code to get the what, when and where about the people who bring you all this goodness.

GREAT PLACE #2: The Most Expensive Zip Codes
http://www.forbes.com/lists/2006/04/17/06zip_most-expensive-zip-codes_land.html
"What's the difference between 11962 and 28741?" That's the question raised by the folks at Forbes magazine -- and they also give you the answer: "When it comes to house prices, the answer is $2,125,000.00"

This interesting place shows the ZIP codes on Forbes' annual list of the areas in the country with the priciest homes. Their collection gives you the top 500 most expensive ZIP codes in the U.S. The list is topped by Sagaponack (NY) where the average house sells for $2,787,500 and ranges down to the "lowly" (#499) Irvine(CA) where the average house sells for "only" $662.500.

You can sort by city, state, price, zip and other criteria to see if you show up. If you don't, just look at it this way --you found a bargain.
